Licence problem

While using Serviio to play on my Sony Bravia TV it stops every ten minutes or so and tells me that I need to enter my licence (or something like that) I then have to reopen the folder to continue - I have paid for Serviio Pro and have reinstalled it - but it is still happening - Please help?

No license is required to use Serviio on your local network. The license provides the following: MediaBrowser web-based player, API for accessing content over the Internet, ServiiGo (3rd party Android app for streaming content), Controlling access to shared content, and Video stacking. Everything else works with the basic version. We need more specific information about the message that is appearing. I'm suspicious that the message is from your TV, not Serviio. But I've never used a Sony TV so have no idea what app you're using for a player.
