No MP3 covers displayed on MP3 radio (Frontier smart chipset
Hello, I just switched over to serviio to share my MP3 files (on Windows 11 server) to my MP3 radios (LEMEGA with Frontier smart Jupiter chipset).
I can see all my folders and also can play the MP3 files, but no MP3 cover arts are shown on the radio display, also not in the UNDOK app.
I have tried a lot of the different supplied renderer profiles, but had no success.
What I should mention:
1.) If I stream the MP3 to other player device (e.g. Samsung TV, mconnect app, also the built in serviio media player) all MP3 covers are displayed correct.
2.) If I stream from another DLNA server (like old Windows media player or FritzBox NAS) the covers are displayed on the Frontier radio display.
But not with the combination serviio -> Frontier radio !!
Could someone help me ?
Several AI agents told me, that the Frontier chipsets are somehow “sensitive” with DLNA streaming but none of the many hints helped to show the covers.
I also made a Sink protocol of the Frontier devices and will attach it here, I have added also the device information.
Maybe this helps to give me a hint or someone will make a profile out of it.
Thank you very much.
