We only recommend doing this if you are experiencing issues with the ffmpeg version bundled with serviio and cannot guarantee support with problems arising from a new version of ffmpeg that is not custom built by us.

thanks for your useful information, thanks to it i have successfully updated the ffmpeg build.

The Windows build link from the Wiki article is a dead link:

It looks like the domain is no longer valid.
