Serviio do not work properly at PC start

i have Sony EX500 series connected to my PC. PC runs with Win 7 x64. Everything works just fine until i switch off PC and go to bed.
Next day i turn on computer, TV - and Serviio server is unavailable in TV menu. i go to Serviio Console and see a list of 2 device's detected:
1. Lan Adapter address = generic volume
2. TV IP address = Sony TV 2010 model
both incative, but normally TV pos has green dot. i press STOP button above this table, than START. TV becomes active. but still no connection...
the thing is, there's only 1 way to make it work. i just need to reload PC and everything works fine...
so, briefly, i turn on PC, TV - TV can't connect to Serviio media server. I just restart PC - everything works fine.
right now i don't know what direction i have to dig to solve this annoying problem
found some .log file in the serviio folder. so attaching it.
