I am connecting to my SERVIIO (windows) server via a Panasonic DMP=BDT310.

My MP3 steam just fine but when I click on the videos (MPG), I am told that they can't play.

Can you follow this and post the info http://wiki.serviio.org/doku.php?id=file_np

Can you also confirm which profile you are using for your device (it is shown on the serviio console)

select the panasonic profile. You can also look in the panasonic folder here for customized profiles that have been made since the last serviio update.

The generic profile does not transcode anything.
the directTV profile transcodes everything.
The panasonic profiles only transcode what panasonic will not play normally.
