Serviio No Longer Detected After Java 7 Update 4

This was working fine with java 6 update 31 64 bit. but I needed the 7 with 32 bit for another program. I have the exe4_java_home pointed here
C:\Program Files\Java\jre6\bin
My tv sees windows media server fine but not serviio now. The server is running, no errors. What would cause this?

still binds to the right IP?

Not sure what you mean the tv is on 192.168.200.160 and it has a red dot on left.
Oh you mean i have to put that IP in the bound ip address? I just noticed that never did that before, never had to.
Doing that makes the dot green but it still doesn't show up on tv.

yea did that, restarted serviio, restored my computer to previous date nothing.
Its like the thing just plain broke.
My TV is seeing everything else in the house except serviio, on this computer and others. ?????????

uninstalled and re-installed got it to work, not sure what happened, will see what happens after re-install of java update 4 again.
