Serviio

Is there any way to put stream with signal from dvb-t USB tuner via Serviio?
I mean sth like with Sopcast -->
https://sites.google.com/site/wingsgb22/sopcast

I guess you'd have to get it out as a live stream, maybe VLC can do that

I tried to use vlc. It can play tv from USB dvb-t tuner and stream file to the net but I am not able to force it to do both in the same time...
