I am wondering is there a max of files that Serviio can display in the library, if there is please tell us the number and could it be increased in the next update of Serviio?

there is no limit. Some renderers (eg Samsung) have restrictions (1000)

I think that's what my problem is with folders not showing anything in it, is there a way around this? I have a 40" LED 5500 Series (2011) UN40D5500RF, if you have work around please let me know.

Which TV has the best or largest limit for files, or if there's a TV that has none, thinking of purchasing a new TV in the future.

I only know about the limit in Samsungs. But the limit is about number of files displayed in a folder (when browsing on the TV), not total number of files in Serviio's library.
