Online Content - "Add" does nothing

Hi,
I'm using Serviio 0.6.2 on Win7 64bit.
When I click the [Add] button on "Online Sources" tab nothing happens. I can remove existing sources but cannot add new ones.
I've attached a log file. To reduce it size I deleted lines regarding updating of existing local media files.

Tried that.
Also tried to install Serviio again, but still nothing happens when I click "Add".

what is your Java version? If you have more versions installed at the same time, remove all and install the latest again.

I had both JRE 6 & 7.
I uninstalled both, restarted, downloaded and intsalled JRE 7 (from oracle.com) and restarted again. The problem still occurs, sadly.
Should I try to completely remove Serviio and install it from scratch? I tried running over the current installation (I already had 0.6.2, so I just installed it again).

You can try that but it should not matter. As a last possibility you could try some of the other UI's available (web UI, ServiiDroid, etc)

Is this a Java issue? Should I try different versions of JVM or JRE?

Update:
Completely removing Serviio and installing v1.0 solved the problem. No other changes were made to the machine besides that.
