[Solved] No device can see Serviio

For some reason, none of my devices can see Serviio any longer; it was working fine and now it's not. I have 2 WD TV Live Plus's and a PS3 and none of them can see it although Serviio can see them. Serviio says it's running, and I've stopped/restarted the server several times - either within the console or from the Start Menu - and no luck.
- I have another media server software running and the devices can see it, but they can't see Serviio
- I haven't tried uninstalling/reinstalling yet
- I tried removing the devices and then refreshing
- my version is 6.2
- I have not made any changes to my network
Any ideas?

Check that there were no port conflict with other media server.
Do you try to reboot your rooter ?
or try to reinstall serviio (1 make a library folder backup, 2 uninstall-install serviio and check if serviio appears on renderer, 3 try to reload library folder and check if serviio still appear on renderers)

- I rebooted the router and same - no difference
- I uninstalled and re-installed and the same thing - devices can't see Serviio
- although I made a copy of the library directory, I tried renaming the existing library directory to then copy back the old library directory, but Windows won't let me change the name saying another application has the directory open. I tried closing and killing Serviio and it still wouldn't let me rename.
- I have tried stopping the other media server and it makes no difference
- Both media servers worked just fine together on the PC until the recent problems I'm now having with Serviio

When uninstalled, do you check that there were no more serviio folders? Do you reboot your PC?

?? Strange, probably because serviio service was still opened (on windows start menu : execute : "services.msc" and check that serviio service is not started)
Do you update java version ?
No more ideas, sorry.

I did check to make sure there are no folders, but I can give it another go.
I did not update the java version.
Thanks for trying to help. Are there any log files I can look at to see if it's generating any messages that would be helpful?

It works now. I manually went into the Win7 firewall and opened the ports, plus I added them to the McAfee firewall as well. I am guessing they were closed by one of the Win7 auto updates recently - that's the only thing that I can think of that changed.
I also was able to rename the library directory name once I stopped the service via services.msc as you suggested. Then I moved back the old library and all my info is there. Thanks for your help with this.
