many folders do not register

great piece of software guys, thanks!
i have a bit of a problem though. all my video files registered and can be played on my samsung tv just fine, but when i add folder with pictures, only a few of many folders and only one picture are visible on TV. i use windows vista 64bit and current serviio version (just downloaded 2 days ago). what am i doing wrong?

I have noticed one thing that if a folder or file name contains apostrophe ('), the file will not register with serviio.
May be there are other special characters as well.

no, no special characters. plain boring digits and letters.

Interesting. I don't think this is an issue on Serviio running on Linux. Will check...

so, no one knows? as far as i can tell it may be indicating that there is a fairly limited number of files that can be registered...

no, there is no limit. Can you try 1.0? It should write into the log if it can access the folders or not

updating to 1.0 definitely helped, but there appears to be a limit of 1020 files and/or folders per folder (or 57 pages of files as shown on samsung tv screen.

it look,s like it is samsung. but it' easy to avoid by distributing files in multiple folders.
