Viewing library on Windows

I love this program, as it is the best media streamer from Linux to my PS3 that I have found. There is only one complaint I have at the moment. I would like to be able to view on my Windows machine the library of media hosted on my Linux machine. The only thing I have found so far that comes close is finding the Serviio playlist in VLC, but that only plays EVERY file in the library. Is there a way to be able to view the library and select a single file, or a subset of files?
