Customization options for transcoding

First used ver 0.6.1 on a PC running XP. I recall a screen that would allow me to adjust different profiles for transcoding, and I think it was built into the Serviio console. I can't find it in 0.6.2.
On a related note, I remember with 0.6.1 that I could adjust certain transcoding options right from my PS3. In 0.6.2 those seem to be gone.
Am I missing something? are those functions still available?
