Media browser gui change

Is it possible to change media browser GUI?
I want to display imdb rating, actors, movie length etc.
Can i change the list sort order ?

Not through settings, it will require an update (or if you are technical you could make the change yourself, or someone else could write a different media browser/app that uses the API e.g. I have a release and android app version of it)
