Trouble downloading pro
Posted: Sat Sep 08, 2012 6:42 pmI bought pro but when they sent me the link it was not an executable file to download. Do I need to go someplace else?

I loaded the regular version but would like to load the Pro. I tried email but they dont answer. Weak support by them. Any ideas?

Posted: Sat Sep 08, 2012 10:18 pmThere isn't a separate download, instead the email contains a licence file. Serviio will read it an unlock the Pro version. You install the normal version, then open the console, click on the about tab, select upload licence, then pick the licence file from the email.

Sorry, was away from the country for the weekend. You should have your file by now, and as already mentioned, read the instructions on how to apply it.
