Stereo Tuner streaming - possible ?

I love Serviio..music library, video, pictures, home movies , Internet radio, BBC ...and now for the final connection -- can I somehow get my live FM stereo to send its output to Serviio via the line-in, and have it show up as an online source in the TV room downstairs..
I have a large FM antenna mounted outdoors and receive some very high-quality FM signals (better than MP3) on the stereo upstairs.. .. If I can feed the signal from the tape-out to the line-in of the computer, is there a way Serviio can pick it up ??

I have been thinking about this and wondering if I were able to get VLC to pickup the stereo feed from the tuner, could this be presented somehow to Serviio ? I understand VLC in not a DLNA server, but it is capable of generating streamed content ..
STEREO TUNER -> Lin-In (computer) -> VLC (stream) -> Serviio -> Sony media box

if you can have VLC stream it then you can add the stream as a live stream online source

Thank you for the reply and support.
Today I was successful at creating a video stream with VLC on one computer and presenting it to Serviio running on a second, then watching it on the Sony downstairs.....a good day in the lab. VLC was so much easier than I was making it .. the audio stream will not be difficult -- I just need a longer wire to reach from the tuner to the line-in of the streaming computer..
