Access by serviio to remote folders in different subnetworks

Hi,
in principal I have similar proplems as Meelis posted in August here. But 1th I have the impression that the problems of Meelis could not be solved and 2nd my configuration is a bit different:
I am working on two sites (wich are about 700 kms distant): Both are equipped with AVM Fritz!Box Routers (7290 and 7330) with a standing VPN connection between them. This VPN works fine for example for Remote Desktop Connections under Windows between PCs in these two subnetworks without any problem. I's also not any problem to map any folder of any PC to an Pc of the other subnet, provided that the respective folder has got the nessary permissions.
In one site I have operating a server with Windows Home Server 2011(WHS). In this server I stored all my media files (following called site 1). I would like to access these files from the other site (followig called site 2) where I have DLNA client equipment like audio components. All PCs are not operating with a domain (WHS does not support domains).
I installed serviio on a PC at site 2 (operating under Windows 7 prof.). In both sites (in the relevant PC at site 2 and in the WHS at site 1) I created a new User Account called lets say "serviio" with the same passwords. I shared the relevant media folder in the WHS at site 1 with the newly created local account "serviio" giving the permission for reading and changing giving the name of the SharedFolder lets say again SERVIIO. In the properties of the serviio service in site 2 I changed the User Account to serviio and the relevant password, the service starts without any problems.
In the Serviio Console at site 2 I defined the library path to the WHS at site 1 in the form "\\<internal IP of the WHS>\<SERVIIO>\<folder>, where <folder> is a subfolder of the SharedFolder for audio files, and marked "audio files", but serviio cannot find any files in that directory. When I check the database with my phone (andoid app Media House) I get the serviio server, I get the name of the specified folder, I get the defined specifications (wich all are infomations from the local serviio server) and than: nothing, only the message: --End-- Found no more media for display.
In ServiiDroid, wich shows different to the Serviio Console the files added to the database since the last actualisation, I see: no files added.
The logfile shows only:

I tried nearly everything including stopping the firewall of the WHS, but nothing changes.
Could you give me any hint?
Many thanks in advance!
