Serviio on Ubuntu 12.04 64bit Server Headless No start

Just did a fresh installl of UBuntu server 12.04 64 bit and followed the guide for ubuntu server 11.10. I cant get the autostart script to work nor can i get the serviio to start by running through cli. I get permission denied and then if i run with sudo it says file not found. ANy help would be appreciated.

What Java do you have installed?
Post your startup script and also the location you installed Serviio to.

Got it up and running working flawlessly. Control headless box from laptop with gui.
