TV doesn't see serviio

Hi, I found one similar question in this forum but it hasn't been resolved, and I have some other information from my situation, so hopefully no one minds another post. I got my TV about 2 months ago and was immediately able to use DLNA to watch videos from my computer using Windows Media Player for about a month, then suddenly for no reason that I can think of (no updates, no reboots, no setting changes, etc.) I simply couldn't see my computer from the TV anymore. I can still see my phone just fine (using Allshare on a Samsung phone), so it doesn't appear to be a network or TV problem. I've tried various DLNA server programs and have had no luck so it may be problem with my computer rather than Serviio itself, but I've tried diagnosing it elsewhere with no luck. I've tried everything I've found on this board so far: pinging the TV works fine, opening TCP and UDP ports doesn't help, changing the bound IP address doesn't either. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is? I've attached my log.

What's the IP of your PC and the TV?

192.168.1.4 & 192.168.1.5, respectively. I tried adding the TV manually which is where it shows up in the log, but it's never recognized it. I think the 192.168.1.102 IP is my phone.

Do not add the device manually. What if you connect the TV and the PC directly (via a crossover cable)? Maybe your router is the problem. Or do you have another PC to try at home?

It could be related to either a firewall/antivirus blocking the incoming connections or a problem with your network card.

My phone is going through the same router so I don't think it's a router problem (I don't have a crossover cable and am not sure how I would hook that up anyway). I can also ping the tv just fine, wouldn't that indicate incoming connections and the network card are fine? I tried disabling the firewall and antivirus anyway and it still didn't work.
