Serviio

Hello, I tried the evaluation version of Media Browser and I really would like to buy a Pro license.

However, in the About page of the Serviio console there is no way to enter license details. There is no "Upload License" button as seen in the screenshots.

Also, in the about page, it shows the message: Licensed To: ()

Maybe it's worth it to note that after the expiration date, I have errors showing in my Web console:


I have it installed in a machine running Ubuntu Server 12.04

So the question is: did I installed it wrong? Is there a way to manually upload this license file once I buy it?

That is a third party console which doesn't have full support yet (Its been added to the master version on github, but it I don't think its isn't ready yet).

If you have an android device, you can upload it using ServiiDroid, or you can use this one line curl command viewtopic.php?f=17&t=5330&p=50586#p50586 , or you can install the official console and point it to your server if its on a different machine.

However, I cannot find the place in the Serviidroid app to upload the license.

For Serviio or MediaBrowser? In Serviio, open the cosole in a pc configured to work with your server, select about tab, click upload license file then select your license file. You'll need to have the license file already.
