TV series not appearing in "Series" when in a subfolder

Hi all,
I run Serviio 1.1 at the moment (just started some days ago) and noticed that TV series won't show up, when they are in a subfolder of a series "main" folder.
E.g. when I have "Knight Rider" and put all seasons episodes in that one folder (SxxEyy.avi) everything is good. But when I create a subfolder for each season they won't show up in "Series" anymore even after a rescan.

To make it short...:

\Knight Rider\S01E01.avi
\Knight Rider\S01E02.avi
\Knight Rider\...
\Knight Rider\S04E13.avi
\Knight Rider\S04E14.avi
\Knight Rider\...

...works and all episodes are available at "Series".

With the following folder structure it fails, and I have nothing in "Series":

\Knight Rider\Season 1\S01E01.avi
\Knight Rider\Season 1\S01E02.avi
\Knight Rider\Season 1\...
\Knight Rider\Season 4\S04E13.avi
\Knight Rider\Season 4\S04E14.avi
\Knight Rider\Season 4\...

Any suggestions? I'd really like to have my seasons separated in folders...

EDIT: Just tested it again: When I move the files from the "Season xx" folder up to the "main" ("Knight Rider") folder again and do a rescan everything is fine again. Putting it back to "Season xx", rescan, no longer available in "Series".
So, it's something reproducable...

It should work, wrote a test and it passes. Can you enable detailed logging and move the files to the series x folders, then check the log. It should show what series name end season/episode values it uses for the online search.

OK, seems I've found the error: As I'm from Germany I use the word "Staffel" which is "Season" in English (sorry for not mentioning before. I didn't expect that to be an issue...). For testing reasons I switched to the english word now - and, guess what - it's working!

Is it maybe just that Serviio doesn't check for folder names in other languages?

Yes, it only skips parent folders beginning with the word season. I don't know all the other translations for all possible languages.

Would you be interested in the community helping you? If yes, we could start a thread. or better you with a list of words that need to be translated.

Don't know how you handle the different languages internally. But as we can switch to other languages in the console, maybe it would be possible to have something like a "word database" that is being loaded when a user switches to another language for the console.
