Serviio

So I read through the FAQ and it doesn't to be helping me figure out my issues. I am running Serviio on my PC which is on the same wireless network as all my other devices but specifically my Samsung LED Smart TV and my Galaxy tab which I would like to stream the media on. I had previously used Samsung Allshare to stream some of my media on the tv but when I tried most recently I was having the same issue that it wasn't detecting any devices on the network. I thought it was possibly the Allshare program because it is notoriously bad but I seem to be having the same issues while using Serviio. I have reset the IP on all devices as well as turned off all fire walls and anti virus to see if that would correct the issue but it has not. Thanks for the help.

Most likely it's a firewall on your PC. Check again. Also try entering your PC IP address to the Bound IP address field.

I bound the IP address and turned off the windows firewall as well as disabled my virus protection for the time being still not picking up other devices. Any other advice?

are you able to see it using VLC on the PC itself?

Not sure what you mean by that, do you mean am I able to watch videos on the PC yes, and I know that my TV has an internet connection because I can check the status and also other apps on the TV like netflix work. The issue is that I have no way to wirelessly get the files to my TV, tablet etc because they don't show up as online and connected.
