Not sure where to start

I have been using the Serviio program for a few weeks without issue, was watching a movie tonight and suddenly had disconnects happening. Thought it was the wireless router so went to check on the desktop.

Currently I cannot login into the media browser as it states the password is incorrect and to try again. When I open the console the whole remote section is greyed out and I cannot make any changes. I did attempt to search this site for the answer but did not come up with anything.

Currently out of idea's other than un-installing this software as I can't access anything. Please provide any assistance you can.

Are you using any third party consoles e.g. Web UI (PHP or AJAX), or apps e.g. ServiiDroid, or are you using the official console? Are you on Windows, Mac OSX or Linux?

Your evaluation Pro license probably expired. Check the license type in the About tab of your console.

I have the same issue from windows 8.1 pro the remote tab the options are greyed out. I have a full pro licence registered

Did anybody solve this problem? I am having the same problem. I have a pro license. Windows 7 64bit and Serviio 1.4.1.2 and the Remote tab is grayed out..

Can you post your log file of the server startup? It should say what license you have.
