I recently downloaded Serviio and was successful in loading my library and can stream videos from my computer to my TV.

I am not very advanced with regards to computers, so please bare with me. I would like to stream live sports from my computer to my TV. How do I do this? I have VLC loaded on my computer if that helps.

Thanks in Advance.

Hello and Welcome.

Let's start by reading. Here is a good thread to get started with.

http://forum.serviio.org/viewtopic.php?f=41&t=5117

In this thread, there is a plugin attached. LiveFeeds.groovy. Download it, place it in your plugins folder, follow instructions as stated in the thread. Add the RSS feeds from the thread to your library and test.

Have patience! Feeds take a while to cache and not all of them may work. International News usually has something streaming, try that and the test ones listed.

Then browse the "Available Plugins" forum. You'll find a lot of plugins there for various services, including those for sports.

Give it a good read and try. Come back and ask questions.

Have fun.

Thanks, for the help. I'll look it over and see where it leads me. Odds are really good that I'll have questions.

Wow, I got it to work! I was really interested in streaming HaHaSports and was verypleased to find a plugin for it. I surprised myself in setting this up because my computer skills are rather basic. Thanks again for the help.
