APPLE TV Connectivity??

Hi guys,

I have Serviio streaming from a dedicated PC with large disks, heaps of music and videos and works very well on my Panasonic Viera TH-P55GT30Z, had a few issues with getting files to play on the DMP-BDT310 blu ray player at the other end of the house but managed to get there in the end.

I also have an Apple TV 3 and an Apple TV 2 - which I am considering jailbreaking - I was wanting to know whether it is possible to view Serviio content from my server on the Apple TV 2. Has anyone managed to do this yet? If so how have you configured everything?

I don't have any apple tv's.. but as long as it will act as a dlna client, you should be able to get it to work. Though you might have to do some profile tweaking.

Managed to get this working. With Serviio primarily serving all my music and movies, I installed aTV Flash from Firecore (http://firecore.com/atvflash-black) and I can now successfully stream all my Serviio content to my apple TV. I highly recommend this to anyone with an Apple TV. Its a bit of mucking about but end of the day I wanted to stream my .avi files to the other end of the house :)
