It is happening to me too. Servio Service is taking 100% of my CPU.
This has just begun happening. It worked perfectly fine just two weeks ago.

Somebody know why is this and how to solve it?

Thanx.

Not enough information. Doctors need to see the patient. Attach a debug log.

uh, sorry. Here's the log.

I've tried killing Windows Presentation Foundation Font Cache service, but didn't work.

Thanx.

I've noticed a very long start up as well but I can't say if it is with the latest version or not. As for defining a "Long Time", a long time is about 5 or more minuts.

I've included a portion of my startup log.

BTW, I posted a related issue with CPU spikes about 1/2 hour ago.

What if you try to disable the VirtualBox network adapter?

You need a debug log. You have a lot of online sources with bad entries and out of date plugins like Top100.
Read the debug log for the error messages and fix each of them.

I disabled the virtual network, it still takes about 3-4 minutes to startup. Log file attached. at 10:53 to 10:55 my 'system' process is maxed out at 25% of my CPU, which is a single core (4 core).

I restarted and turned on MS Network Monitor to capture packets.

I'll include a capture when I get a good one. The only odd thing is this call: :(
43 1:05:19 PM 1/26/2013 52.8986456 Unavailable MYPC 79.170.44.115 HTTP HTTP:Request, GET /releases.xml {HTTP:10, TCP:9, IPv4:8}

Attached is a netmon capture. If you have Microsoft Netmon installed you can load it and view it.
Examining the Event log, the servio service started at 1:26:26. Watching Taskmanger set at fast refresh I noticed the CPU for System picking up at
1:26:36, nearly 10 seconds after the event was recorded. The actual staring of the console was much later.

Information about IP address: Network is 192.168.2.x: 2.100 is the server. 2.72 is a Samsung TV. 2.48 is off line

Strange, might be a coincident but I've noticed that when the system CPU starts picking up the capture file twice has shown the Link Local Multicast Name Resolution (LLMNR) occuring.

Serviio process ID is 4528 ( makes call to \releases.xml). The first packets sent are about 13:27:12 while the process started close to 13:26:24.

I renamed the capture file to have an extent of .txt as .cap wasn't allowed to be uploaded.

How much power does the server have?
