Just D/L'd and can't start Serviio?!

I'm just after downloading Serviio as it looks fantastic, but I can't seem to get it to run?! When I try open "serviio-1.1-osx.tar.gz" I just keep getting a notice saying:
"Unable to move archive 'serviio-1.1-osx.tar.gz' to 'Archives'. Target does not exist or is not a directory."
I'm really not too sure what to do as I'm not the best with computers! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
