Instalation selecting server and console

I cant instal serviio on my desktop. Instalation didnt allow me to select serviio server and console to be installed. It happens in check menu right before instalation.

I cant figure out whats wrong. On my notebook instalation works without problem.
I am running windows 7 x64 ultimate. Pc specs.: Amd Phenom II x4 965, Motherboard : Gigabyte GA-MA790fxt-ud5p, 4GB+8GB =12GB RAM Gpu : ati radeon hd5970, 4 HDDs.
