hey there,
Lets say I end up watching "Unauthorized Content" as it's called out there either local or online, can others listen (snoop) behind the router while I'm using DNLA with basic Serviio or am I safe...?

Hopefully I won't get slammed too too hard with this question... 8-)

You are as safe as your router is or your internet connection in case you are looking at online content.

Facts:
- Router WIFI can be cracked. WEP is easier than WPA/WPA2. WPA can be cracked over time (probably a long time).
- Your ISP can monitor your internet usage. Will they do anything about it? Maybe. Look at 6 point warning system that went live recently in USA.
- Serviio runs locally on local network unless you have online sources enabled or make serviio web server available online.

Secure your router, encrypt your traffic, don't do anything illegal.

Have fun.
