Serviio service running but files are not available

Running Serviio on WINDOWS 2003 Server Enterprise, 32bit. Runs as a Windows Service "Serviio" and the Startup Type is Automatic "C:\Serviio\bin\ServiioService.exe"

I checked the logs and it seems to be running continuously, as expected.
There are no errors in the log, just informational entries like this one:

(yes those files are corrupt!)

The server it runs on (in my basement) is never "logged in" - it is a server only it has a database server and a domain server and some other server stuff on it, as well as the Serviio. It is set up to run "lights out" and I rarely log into the console.

Here's what I find strange:
If I try to access Serviio from my network, everything recognizes that the server exists but no images, videos or music is listed.
What I have found is if I log into the console of the server, eventually (after about 1-2 minutes maybe) a little notice comes up in the system tray that says "Serviio Console started" and then suddenly everything on my network sees not only the Serviio server but all of the libraries become available.

From what I have reviewed, the service for Serviio starts at boot-up, as expected. The service is running. But none of the files (images, videos, or music) are available on the service until I physically log onto the console of the server where the Serviio is running and the little yellow square shows up in the system tray of the Windows desktop.

I did hunt and peck a little on your forum and couldn't find anything similar to this problem.

I just found the debug code for the server config, I added that and am running the 1.2 upgrade now. I just installed Java 7 17 a few minutes ago.

I will post more after I do some additional testing.

I should have known better to post this before updating everything. Problem solved. Duh!
