Serviio

I run Serviio on a rather large server where I have my movie database, this often causes it to crash when it gets a bit overloaded and I need to reinstall, not a major problem, occasionally just stopping and restarting the service will work.
When I do reinstall though it then refreshes the library, which takes hours! Which files can I copy out from the previous install and copy back in after so that I dont have to refresh the library? I tried copying the whole library folder but that didnt work.
help for a novice please, dont make the answer too technical (copy and paste I can manage)

the library folder - it should work if you keep all the paths the same

I did that, I copied out the library folder as a whole, de-installed, re-installed and then copied the library folder back in (overwriting everything).

No joy it is restarting the library refresh from scratch again! Another several hours wait.

Any other ideas? or another method of doing it?

Did you stop the server before replacing he library folder?
