Console constant freezing

Hey im having a huge issue here my console used to work up until i tryed to remove a file from my lib. now im getting constant freezes whenever i click save within the lib page. I also tryed to deinstall fully by removing the Dir. but cant remove the dir it says the files are still in use (i used the deinstaller), so i tryed to install it into a diffrent dir, still getting the freezes... what do?

I have had this problem several times. I am not an expert so have not been able to find out why it happens. I thought it might be related to plugins and deleted them. I do not have the freezing at the moment but have continuous problems with the console. Are you using 1.2.1 on an Apple computer ?

I have the exact same issue:
I remove some folders from library, and when I hit Save, it freezes, and nothing happens.
Have you solved it ?

OK, I let it hang there for about 2 hours. When I came back, it was unfrozen, and had saved the changes (i.e. removed the folders from the library). So I guess it is only very slow and we need to be patient... FYI I removed my photo and video folders, about 700GB total.

This problem persists. It's happening to me as well. No matter what action I perform, when I hit save it hangs. You have to kill the task and reload. Pretty annoying for a paid subscriber.
ps - I let it hang for hours and it still was frozen. I also tried just unchecking one box and saving.. same deal. I hate Java.

The save function is currently blocking (ie it has to happen before the user gets control) and it may take a long time if you remove a lot of files. I think there is a ticket to fix it.
