Missing something obvious

Running Serviio on a fully patched whs2011 machine. I've created my shared folders in the serviio console and looking in the logs I can see them being indexed. However, when I go to a different windows 7 machine and try to browse out the folders using windows media player it connects but nothing appears. Also tried to browse out on an LG smart Blu-Ray machine. Again nothing shown. All the folders are empty. The files I'm try to display / play are WTV files recorded via WMC. They files do display on my windows 7 machine if I use windows media player and browse out the non-serviio DLNA name of the whs 2011. however, the serviio dlna doesn't display anything. Not sure what I'm missing.

Thanks.

WMP is not supported. Use VLC instead.

Okay. Got a little farther. I copied in a couple of wmv files. MY LG could see and play them. How ever, my WTV files don't appear in the folder list or any where else for that matter. Ideas? The LG player is using the LG profile. The WTV files are using the name as created from my HTPC(WMC).

Okay That worked! One more question. When the serviio goes online to get the episode/ movie title. All the movies and series are named the same. I've a Jame bond movie recorded and it come up moonraker(it isn't) I've setup the metadata pull to "use online sources". It that correct? Also, I seem to be getting network error if I stop a recording and try to do something else. View a different video for example. I can exit and get back in on the LG so it isn't a big deal but a pain.

you need to make sure the file is named properly so it's picks up the right info for the title.. it's usually {movie name . year.mp4]

These are WTV files So the file name is in the format:
Title_Channel_Year_Month_Day_Hour_Minutes_seconds.WTV

Running a LG smart-blu ray. I'm getting network error when stopping / pausing a movie. Is this normal?
