Hi, this is China's wuxi SERVIIO users, is 46 ex520 SONY TV, I have been maybe have a few questions:
1, some movie cannot automatically full-screen, SONY TV automatically full-screen will put the pictures into a flat,Chunky . SERVIIO Settings can be set?
2, all the subtitles MKV cannot be shown.
3, some movies have subtitles but no sound.

Do you try to change to "Sony Bravia US" profile on serviio console ?

We need more details about movies with problem.
Post detailed logging file and provide information about media file (see signature link).
