Subtitles not working after upgrading 1.4.1.2

I was running 1.3 flawlesly i upgrade and cant make the subtitles work. I uninstalle 1.4.1.2 and install again 1.3 and work again.
What could it be?

More details needed:

What device are you streaming to?
What profile (status tab on Serviio Console) are you using - is it the same in both versions?
What file type is being played. Post MediaInfo details.
Are the subs embedded or in a separate file? What type?
What are your settings on the Delivery, Subtitles tab?
