Serviio

Hi All,

I have issue with sorting music by Album, when I choose sort by album in my Denon receiver I get tons of entries for the same album (for every artist in that particular album there is one entry). Is there any way how to force Serviio to sort purely by albums and don't care about different artists?

Are you using some Denon sort functionality? As there is no sorting in Serviio itself.

Now I'm not using any sorting functionality on my Denon, it just reads list from serviio. The same strange sorting by album I could see also on my Samsung TV or for example Twonky player - installed in Windows PC. Is there any setting how to prevent this? When I put some common name to Album Artist then I could see albums listed correctly but without this and with multiple artists in one album I have multiple entries for the same album.

One more thing when I tried stream for example from Twonky server list of albums was correct on all devices, issue is only with Serviio.

Compilation albums, right? If so, same problem here:

Behavior is the same, but when I open my music tags in mp3tag editor I cannot see compliation tag active.
