I did a clean install update to my server to Windows 10 Pro, then installed Serviio 1.5.2. No issues. Everything ran fine from the first. The only change I've made is installing the latest build of FFMPEG x64.
So, I've now done clean installs of Serviio 1.5.2 on Windows Server 2003, Home Server 2011, Windows 7 Home, 7 Ultimate, 10 Home and 10 Pro with no issues. I skipped over any version of Windows XP, Vista or 8. I really wish I could offer a suggestion, but I've never encountered a problem, so haven't had to come up with any workarounds.
