Hey bros!

My brother's girlfriend has a mac airport I believe it is the Time Capsule model.

Apparently it supports usb hubs and drives.

So I got a 1tb western digital portable hard drive, converted to HFS+ (Mac filesystem) and loaded it with files on linux.

I am going to visit next week (they live far away) and going to plug this drive into the router and try to set up serviio for them from this network share.

They have a samsung or sony bluray, I know serviio 1.8 has worked with it last time I was there.

Anyway wish me luck and if you have any tips to make this setup play let me know. Thanks!

It works finally! It...Is... ALIVE!

I had to use diskwarrior to fix the mac partition that linux made but then the time capsule could see it and I mounted the drive on a macbook and got serviio on it and it works like a champion.
