It works on my set although I had to change the -Dserviio.boundAddr=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx to my TVs ip.

Now having fast forward or wake-on-lan would be nice and we'd be all happy.

The attribute you set should be IP address of the machine taht runs Serviio. It is useful in a case there are more network interfaces, with different IPs.

Nazz, 'fast forward/backward' functionality works on Serviio with my Viera TV as 'client' ... (depend on stream requested)

Yes, depends on the TV and file format. E.g. my Samsung TV can ffwd certain files (like mpeg) but cannot do the same with MKV. Nothing I can do about it, the server supports it, but if the TV doesn't nothing I can do.

TV supports it but not via DLNA.

My mistake, the bound address is that of the server that runs Serviio.
