I have been trying to get the movies and TV Series that I have on 2 hard drives to show up in the correct categories.

Each drive has 2 folders,
1) Video which contains my movie files.
My Movie Folder, My Movie File
2) Series which contains my TV Series files,
MY TV Show Folder, Season Folder, My TV Episode Files

The movie folder works fine from what I can determine,

The "Series" folder I just cant figure out... (Series folder That Is generated By Serviio)
It works some of the time, mostly randomly from what I can figure out...
Whole TV Series will show then vanish later, as will seasons..
Ive had seasons where one out of 22 would show up, or just 2 episodes out of 16 in a season.
Some episodes will show up under Video, but that seems to also be random from what I can figure out.
(Note: because of the number of movies and episodes on the Drives, The folders fill out to 101 pages.)
There are 44 TV series on one Hard-drive and 12 on the other,

They all show up if I go by the Drive Folders..... All playable without any problems..

I'm not sure how serviio determines what is considered a Move vs a TV Series...
I would just like to be able to select Series and find all my TV Shows listed.
Even better would be to select title and look through the alphabetic listing and seeing my movies and TV shows listed correctly.
Genres has problems, but that most likely is what metadata is returned.

The following is a feature request..
I also wish there was a tab on the console to search the data base and see what data it contains for any given record.
Their one could edit any incorrect information and update the record.
(A lock feature to keep auto updates from making changes after would be required)

I would also like to know the answer to this question. I wish there was a way under titles to not show tv series in there or doesn't show movies .

yes, verify the name format on the http://www.thetvdb.com and put the episode information as below. I also put my series in a folder with the series name.

Thanks! I find it funny that it found some of the South Park Episodes as random videos. ie. one of the episodes it labelled MTV Music Video Awards another it labelled Fifa World Cup

These are South Park special episodes... (contained in the folders TV Shows > South Park > South Park Specials)
- MTV Movie Awards 2000.asf (given the title: MTV Movie Awards 2000) <- This one is understandable
- mtvxvid.asf (given the title: MTV Video Music Awards)
- Official HD Release of Good Times With Weapons 720p h264.mkv (given the title: The Official 2010 FIFA World Cup Film)

Guessing its just the way the files are labelled... I really need to get through the movies and onto the TV show organizing and renaming :/

There are a few tools on the wiki/third party forum to help you to sort your library but they all only run under windows:
