Support of Microsoft DVR-MS format

I'm using serviio in combination with my Samsing 37C6730. It plays most of the files from my PC but it seems to have problems with DVR-MS. ffmpeg does transcode them perfect manually but the directories with the DVR-MS files are missing in my media library.
Any idea?
