How to not need transcoding

I am streaming a live video with OBS studio. What codecs should I use for for the video/audio to be unicasted to serviio? I have very bad, latent or no video at all when streaming from Serviio.

I have tried using vlc and OBS studio and have had little luck with OBS and no luck with vlc when streaming my desktop. LMK

Re: How to not need transcoding

Any need to transcode is due to the player's capabilities, not Serviio or the live stream. In general, most devices seem to be able to play H.264 video and AAC audio without an issue.
