Subtitles disable transcoding

I run 1.2.1 version on windows xp and LG LW650 ( no dts ) as renderer
I use LG renderer profile ( id=8 ) with dts transcoding and having next problem when i want to play an mkv with dts sound and no embedded sub ( with "burned-in sub disabled" ):
1.if no external sub are put in folder all work ok , dts is transcoding nice with cpu load under 50% , of course no sub playing
2.if i put external sub in folder , lg dlna browswer show only movie name , without thumbnail , without movie lenght , and nothing happened when press play

Now , same mkv with dts sound and no embeddes sub but now with "burned-in sub enabled"
1.if no external sub are put in folder all work ok , dts is transcoding nice with cpu load under 50% ,of course no sub playing
2.if i put again external sub in folder dts transcoding buffering a lot with cpu load near 100% , sub play ok , but even if i stop playing cpu load stay near 100% due to ffmpeg.exe until exit serviio

Again same mkv with dts sound but now with embedded sub , no external sub :
1.if "embedded sub is disable" all work ok , dts is transcoding nice with cpu load under 50% , of course no sub playing
2.if "embedded sub is enable" , lg dlna browswer show only movie name , without thumbnail , without movie lenght , and nothing happened when press play
3.if both "embedded sub is enable" and "burned-in sub enabled" LW650 exit from dlna mode with message "no server found "

If i choose Generic profile all come back to normal but of course no sound
Now big question is : it is a bug of serviio , it is a bug of LW650 or i just need a better profile ?
Thank you

LE : All above behaviours appear only when "burned-in sub enabled" with "always" option

Can you send detailed log of this case (point 2)?

That is expected, it transcodes the file until the end.

I think 1 picture woth more than 1000 words !
I set serviio to share only 2 mkv in a folder , one with dts sound and another with ac3 sound , burned-in sub disabled , then exit serviio
1.Open serviio without any external sub , transcoding work ok for file with dts , and both files are displayed ok as you can see in picture 614
2.Open serviio with external sub for both mkv , only file with ac3 have info as you can see in picture 615 , the other one is unavailable for playing

In serviio.log same modus , first half is without sub , second half with sub
I compare myself and look pretty similar , just 2 lines have reverse order
What next ?
Thank you

It all looks fine. I reproduced your setup and the only difference the server sends is the additional external srt resource. So looks like the TV doesn't like external subs for transcoded files..
