Serviio

I am trying to play an MKV file that is verified with MediaInfo to contain 1 MPEG video stream, 1 Chinese language 4,608 Kbps, 48KHz ,16 bit 6Channel PCM audio stream, and 1 PGS text subtitle stream. The Chinese audio stream disappears on playback to the Sony BDP S570. There is not only no audio but the Sony's information key displays no audio track info. First time I've experienced that. I'm guessing I'm missing a transcoding entry for the Sony???
