I have a Panasonic DMR-HWT130, I have selected the profile - Panasonic BD Player and from the Panasonic I can see the video files and when I select one it will play, but I cannot Pause, restart, fast forward or Rewind.

Can anyone help please

The Panasonic BD Player profile was designed for older models, and therefore transcodes a lot of files your device can support natively.
Try the Panasonic Viera 2013 profile, or the Generic DLNA Profile and see if these are any better... or better yet, share UPnP Sink information (see viewtopic.php?f=5&t=19) and we maybe able to help construct a profile for the device.
