I don't have that particular model, but I think the Sony profile for your player (Sony BDP-Sx70/SMP-N100) should work. HEVC is identifed in the generic profile, which all other profiles extend. However, Serviio version 1.6.1 is (I think) the first version that includes it.
That said, I just tried playing my three HEVC 4K test files on a Sony BDP-S3100, and I was unsuccessful. They loaded, but I did not get any video and playback was jerky. It wasn't the bit rate, as I was watching that and I have H.264 Blu Ray rips that have higher rates that play fine. My CPU wasn't maxed out, so I don't think it was the computer that couldn't keep up with the transcoding. So, I don't know if it was the fact they were 4K files, or the H.265 that was the issue. I've played the files just fine on my two 4K players (Roku 4 and Samsung JU7100), so I know the files are OK. I'll need to do some more research.
