Hello .. I have a HORIZON (4K) 55HL910U TV and I use for it profile "Philips (2010-)" ... it decodes almost everything (with subtitles) .. but the buttons on the remote not working anymore (pause, play, rewind, forward) ... it works only "stop" button

... can this be fixed ? Thank you !

These usually don't work with transcoded files.
