What stream type results when RTSP sources are used?

Hello there,

I'm new to this forum, first of all it's an honor to be able to post here.
I was able to setup Serviio quite easily to serve as a converter for RTSP streams from security cameras to view on DLNA devices like Smart TVs in my house.

I was wondering what stream type results when Serviio converts an RTSP stream into something I'm watching on the TV. Is it a specific DLNA protocol, is it something standard used inside DLNA?

Thanks a bunch for your help.

Warm regards from Portugal.

Depends on the profile. If you didn't specify it would be "as is" (w/ generic dlna device).
If teanscoded, usually "TS" (mp4).
