Hi. I have Philips 55PFL7008S

I use Philips 2010- profile
If I try to play x265 video i get 'video resolution not supported" on TV. The video is recordered by Sumsung A50.
If i try to use Philips 2009, the picture and sound appear, but they begin to slow down very much, but at that time the CPU i5 on the PC is not loaded.
Can you help me?
