Excuse my ignorance but I am trying to switch from Jriver and am trying out various DLNA servers is there a profile for the OPPO 105 or 205 or 4th Generation Apple TV using Infuse app?

I don't believe anyone has created profiles for either of those devices. The Apple TV is going to be similar to a Roku, but I don't know it's exact codec support. But the Roku profiles would be a good starting point for testing. The Oppo players have more capabilities than most BD players, but there are a number of BD play profiles you could try. Depending on what your media contains for codecs, a specific profile might not be necessary. For example, the Nvidia Shield seems to play absolutely everything I have without requiring a special profile.

Since it doesn't cost anything to try Serviio, go ahead and install it and see what works. I have J River on one of my computers (it's my OTA recorder) and it doesn't interfere with Serviio on the same PC.
